Touch Rugby fun!
Penwith's touch rugby festival at Hayle was a great day of sporting endeavour from the
Heamoor team. Recently. The children came through the opening group beating 5 Islands
4-2, St. Piran's 2-1 and Leedstown 2-1 before losing their final match to Penpol in a
competitive group. After the next round, the team finished in 9th place overall from the 25
teams taking part which means they will qualify for the next tournament in
Redruth which will be held next week. A big well done to all the children
who took part:
Lewis, Harvey, Ned, Ethan, Will, Daniel, Isis, Katie, Izzy and Eliza.

Junior Ten Tors .. In Training!
The Year 6 JTT Team had super
weather for their all day training walk
- a few bogs were encountered (not
menoning any names Harvey &

climbing up to the top of Carn Galver
and they also visited specic places
of interest such as Men Scryfa, Men
an Tol, Nine Maidens and had lunch
at Bosigran Cli- a great day had by
