LINSLEY HOWARD (LLL: Moth; Tempest: Master) is elated to join the Hip to Hip team
for the first time with Love's Labour's Lost and The Tempest. A recent Texas transplant,
she graduated with a BFA in Acting from St. Edwards University in Austin last December.

SARAH JOYCE* (LLL: Maria; Tempest: Sebastian/Ceres) This is Sarah's first time
working with Hip to Hip, and she couldn't be more thrilled! Sarah's recent work includes
playing Charlotte in Charlotte's Web (TheaterworksUSA), Solange in Normalcy
(Playwrights Horizons), and Isabella in Sir Patient Fancy (Queens Company). Sarah

JOEY LOZADA (LLL: Longaville; Tempest: Trinculo) originates from Enfield,
Connecticut. He is beyond excited to be making his Shakespearian debut with Hip to Hip.

JASON MARR* (LLL: Berowne; Tempest: Director/Gonzalo) is the founding Artistic
Director of Hip to Hip Theatre Company for which he has directed As You Like It, Twelfth

Nothing, Othello, and Comedy of Errors. Jason is a founding company member of the
Ohio Shakespeare Festival, where he played leading roles and assisted the Artistic

ELISABETH PRESTON* (LLL: Princess; Tempest: Antonio/Iris) A Kansas native,
Elisabeth now calls Queens home, and she is thrilled to be joining Hip to Hip for
another summer of Shakespeare! Last season, she played Horatio in Hamlet and Luciana
in Comedy of Errors. Other roles include Rosaline in As You Like It (The Queens
Company), Nurse Wayland in The Sacred Flame (TACT), Bride Riordan in Transport (The
Irish Arts Center), Angelique in The Imaginary Invalid, Lily in The Giver, and Dorcas in The
Winter’s Tale (Asolo Rep).
JORIS STUYCK* (LLL: Don Armado; Tempest: Prospero) recently played Egeus and Snug
the Joiner in A Midsummer Night’s Dream with the Shakespeare Forum in NYC; the Doctor
in Medal of Honor Rag at Shadowland Theatre in Ellenville, NY; and Richard Greatham in
Hay Fever for VOICETheatre in Woodstock, NY. Big Apple credits include Jack Straw in
Guantánamo (the Culture Project) and five Shakespearean roles for NY Classical Theatre.
Regional work includes the title role in Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure (Cincinnati
Playhouse) and Montano in Othello (D.C. Shakespeare). English credits include The
Normal Heart (Royal Court, London) and various roles on TV (We’ll Meet Again, Tender Is
the Night) and in films (The Shooting Party, The Razor’s Edge). U.S. TV credits include
“The Americans” , “Quantum Leap”, “Dynasty, and Hunter”, and the miniseries “Onassis”
and “Sinatra.
GUY VENTOLIERE* (LLL: Costard; Tempest: Caliban) Guy has a specialized BA in
Shakespearean Theatre and studied with Ruby Dee. His favorite roles include Twin
Dromios in Hip to Hip’s Comedy of Errors, Romeo, Treat in Orphans, Charlie in The
Foreigner, John Proctor in The Crucible & Joe Bonaparte in Golden Boy.He worked for
SNL and was Ted O’Toole in the Disney Series Cool Tool Adventures.Other parts have
included Development Director, Technical Director, stage carpenter, and now Managing
Director of Hip to Hip.
KATHY ADELY (Kids & the Classics Teaching Artist and volunteer) is happy to be
working with Hip to Hip for the first time. She is also a founding member of The Bronx
Repertory Company as well as the Children’s Theatre Company @ Lehman. She also
spent years as an acting teacher/director throughout the Bronx public school system and
the Lehman College Department of Continuing Education.
CAITLIN CASSIDY (Assistant Director of Kids and the Classics) has had the pleasure of
combining her two loves: theatre and education. She is currently a high school English
and theatre teacher on Long Island. This is her first experience with Hip to Hip.

Special Education - CUNY Queens College.
DAWN CLARKE (Director of Marketing) Dawn currently heads up operations for a
Human Rights organization where she oversees marketing strategy and manages the
intern and volunteer programs. She has trained student interns and volunteers in all
areas of business, including national and international research and marketing
campaigns. Dawn studied Theatre at Herbert H. Lehman College.
LEIGH BERENIS (Assistant Director) is thrilled to be working with Hip to Hip for the first
time. She is a recent graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. Her previous credits
include Assistant Director for Importance of Being Earnest (TWAS), Geography of a
Horse Dreamer (MMC), Betty's Summer Vacation (MMC) and Director of Buck Simple
(MMC). She also has choreographed and co-choreographed four award winning
musicals at Saratoga Springs High School. She would like to thank her friends and
family for their constant love and support!
MAURA HOLLORAN (Production Stage Manager) is a recent graduate of Marymount
Manhattan College with a double major in BA Theatre Arts- Producing and Management
and a BA in Communication Arts. Previous credits include Marymount Manhattan’s
Mainstage Productions of Ruined (PSM), The Good Soul of Szechuan (PSM), Time And
The Conways (ASM), and Triumph of Love (Assistant Master Electrician). Other credits
include the Equity Developmental Lab Beyond the Music (Production Assistant) and
Second Stage Uptown’s Warrior Class (Stage Management Intern).Many thanks to her

SHIORI ICHIKAWA (Assistant Costume Designer) A new member in a creative team of
company as one of the interns, upcoming senior at Marymount Manhattan College
majoring in Theatre Performance and Costume Design with Musical Theatre
minor. Design credit for Oh, the Humanity! directed by Dyana Kimball and a student
choreographed dance piece from Dancers At Work at Marymount. Worked as an
assistant designer and a costume shop manager for various shows including Ruined by
Lynn Nottage and Chekov’s Three Sisters.
HARRY JONES (Tempest: Music Composer) is a junior at Groton School and a recent
graduate of St. Bernard's School in New York City, where his favorite roles in the
school plays included Oliver (in Oliver!) and Beatrice (in Much Ado About Nothing). For
these and other performances he won the school’s Samuel E Gates Public Speaking
Prize and the Charles M Morris Music Prize. At Groton, Harry has had roles in The
Pirates of Penzance and The Crucible. Harry has studied composition and jazz piano
with David Lopato of The New School and film scoring at New York University. Harry
sings in the Groton Choir and Chamber Choir and co-founded the school's male a
cappella group, the Maqupellas.
S. C. LUCIER (Assistant Director) is a theatre artist in the NYC area. She graduated
magna cum laude from Marymount Manhattan College where she received the Gold
Key of Excellence for her work in theatre direction. “Luci” has toured on the production
team of the Martha Graham Dance Company, designed for Richard Move/Move-it!
Productions at the Joyce Theatre, and has most recently directed an experimental
interpretation of Beckett, showing at The Brick Theater. She is a co-founder of Moira
Dance Theatre and a member of SDC.
MEGHAN MIRSCH (Technical Director) is a rising senior at Marymount Manhattan
College double majoring in Theatre Arts for Technical Design and Communication Arts
for Creative Media. Recent Theatre Credits: Three Sisters (Assistant Lighting Designer,
Marymount Manhattan College), Hot Line (Lighting Designer, Marymount Manhattan
College), Triumph of Love (Master Electrician, Marymount Manhattan College), The

NANCY NICHOLS (Costume Designer) Daughter and granddaughter of exceptional
dressmakers, Nancy has turned a lifelong fascination with fashion history into theatrical
designs for Hip to Hip’s Twelfth Night, Romeo & Juliet, Midsummer, Othello, Much
Ado, Hamlet and Comedy of Errors. With the Neville Bean Design Studio she created
costumes for NYC productions of The Straw, Frankenstein, and Richard III for
Salamander Rep and Freudian Slips at the Abingdon Theatre. She lives in NY with her
husband, Joel Leffert, and her two children.
KAT PIERRO (Intern; Tempest: Spirit) Kat goes to Bard High School Early College
Queens where she will graduate with a High School diploma and Associates Degree in
Liberal Arts from Bard College; She is a B+/A- student and has been studying or doing
theater in some form or another since she was 5; including many years of summer
camp and 3 advanced theater classes in high school. She is interested in furthering her
studies in psychology, but theater is her first love.
CHRIS STECKEL (Stage Manager) is a rising senior at Marymount Manhattan College
studying toward a B.A. in Theatre Arts with concentrations in Stage Management and
Lighting Design. At Marymount he has been the Production Stage Manager of the main
stage production The Arsonists. Other New York credits include; Importance of Being
Earnest (ASM) with ‘TWAS, Warrior Class (PA) at Second Stage, Beyond The Music
(PA) developmental lab production, Rock N Roles (PSM) with Boomerang Theatre
Company.
JARRED TOLLINCHI (Kids & the Classics intern) studies theatre at Herbert H. Lehman
College where some of his most recent credits included Snout in Midsummer Night’s
Dream, Flaco in Den of Theives and Harv in Curtains. He is happy to be interning with
Hip to Hip Theatre Company this season and taking part in the inaugral children’s
program “Kids & the Classics”.
