Request for Certified Copies
A certified copy of a Multnomah County marriage record is available to be purchased after the completed post-
ceremony marriage license has been returned to our office and has been verified for completeness. A certified copy
of a state domestic partnership registration is available immediately after registration.
Online Ordering: Certified copies of Multnomah County marriage records from 1980-present may be purchased
online via www.multcorecords.com. If interested in this option, please visit the site to place your order and pay the
fees detailed online. Once ordered, your certified copies will be mailed out to you in 1-2 business days. Please be
aware that Multnomah County marriage records prior to 1980 and state domestic partnership records are not
available for purchase online.
In Person: You may purchase certified copies of all Multnomah County marriage records and state domestic
partnerships registered in Multnomah County at our office during normal business hours.
By Mail or Drop-Box: You may complete and submit this request form along with your check or money order
payable to Multnomah County. Please do not send cash. You are welcome to either submit your request in our
drop-box located at the front of our building (501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214), or send it in by mail to:
