ADMISSIONS WAIVERS:
Don’t let college application fees stop you from
applying to your top choice college or to several
colleges! If you received a test fee waiver, you
may be eligible for an admissions fee waiver.
Colleges may use different waiver systems, and
you may have to do some investigating. We
recommend first asking your counselor. Ask
them “Do I qualify for an admissions fee waiver?
And, how do I get one?” Be sure to ask early, as
some waivers need to be signed by more than
one person.
If your counselor isn’t able to help you, ask the
admissions counselor at the college(s) you are
applying to.
TO DO NOW!
Believe it or not, college is right around the
corner. Take the time now to prepare. Over the
next few months you should be:
Preparing your class schedule for next year
Looking for a summer job or internship
Collecting letters of recommendation
Going on campus tours
Searching for scholarships
Writing your college resume
